Customer Service Advisor - £9.50 - Nottingham We have a great opportunity to join the biggest dedicated parcel delivery company in the UK as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor for this company you would work alongside 80% of the UK's top retail brands including Next, ASOS, and John Lewis. If you have experience in customer service with a retail or call centre background, this 39.5 hour a week role could be just for you. As a Customer Service Advisor, your role includes - Answering Inbound Calls with a professional telephone manner. Providing solutions for disputed deliveries and undelivered parcels. Responding to emailed Customer queries. Admin and Customer Support. On occasions, you may be required to visit the warehouse and troubleshoot issues with collections. Conducting thorough investigations of all undelivered parcels to ensure compliance and full resolution to the end customer. this may include searches in the Warehouse. Outbound calling for investigating queries, to include calls to couriers and feeding back to Customers. About you - Working knowledge of Microsoft office. Fluent English Language, spoken and written. Experience of end to end enquiry case management in a Customer Services environment. Able to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs of the business. Ability to follow processes and instructions in line with best practice. Emotionally intelligent able to deal with multiple customer cases at a time sometimes of a challenging nature. Ability to diffuse a situation so that the best outcome for the business and customer is reached. Courteous and helpful, taking ownership of all enquiries, striving to find the first-time resolution for all customer queries. Good questioning and communication skills. Able to collaborate with Operational management teams to improve service and promote a one-team approach to Customer Satisfaction. Key info and benefits- 3 Months work possibly longer.
