Are you a high achieving salesperson looking for an exciting new opportunity to develop your sales career? A successful and well-established supplier of educational supplies and hygiene products to schools across London and the South East is looking for talented and ambitious Business Development Managers to drive new business growth as well as maintain existing customer relationships. Offering a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn in excess of £50,000. The company are also flexible when it comes to remote working, with the option to work from home two days a week after a successful 6 month probation period. The Role - Winning new business as well as maintaining and growing existing business through intelligent phone activity - Face to face visits to customers and selected prospects once you have demonstrated success in the role - Understanding your customers' needs to identify the best possible solutions for them - Promoting the company's product range, establishing rapport and generating new business - Working to realistic activity and revenue KPIs Initially you will be office-based but once you have demonstrated success in the role you will have the opportunity to combine this with face to face customer/prospects visits. The Candidate We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager with a hunger for seeking out new opportunities as well as having the skill set to build and maintain long standing customer relationships. You must have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous sales roles with a combination of phone and face to face sales activity.
