New Business Development Manager

Offering a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn in excess of £50,000. The company are also flexible when it comes to remote working, with the option to work from home two days a week after a successful 6 month probation period. The Role - Winning new business as well as maintaining and growing existing business through intelligent phone activity - Face to face visits to customers and selected prospects once you have demonstrated success in the role - Understanding your customers' needs to identify the best possible solutions for them - Promoting the company's product range, establishing rapport and generating new business - Working to realistic activity and revenue KPIs Initially you will be office-based but once you have demonstrated success in the role you will have the opportunity to combine this with face to face customer/prospects visits. The Candidate We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager with a hunger for seeking out new opportunities as well as having the skill set to build and maintain long standing customer relationships. You must have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous sales roles with a combination of phone and face to face sales activity.
