As a Customer Experience Advisor you will focus on providing support to our customers via several different channels. Reporting into the Customer Experience Team Leader, this position will support our customers over the phone and via email, as well as on social media and web chat. This can include anything from offering product and care information, completing customer orders over the phone or processing online gift card orders. You will also provide feedback from customers to our Customer Experience leaders. To be successful in this role we are looking for the below skills: - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to customer contact and demand - Team player and excellent communicator a must - Comfortable working under pressure at busy times including peak etc.
