End-to-end project management and delivery including reverse logistics, insights, triage, route planning, customer support, sales through service and budget management Build and plan this expansion strategy end to end Work to tight deadlines and under multiple pressures Work effectively with both the agency and the client Engage all relevant stakeholders in the process Define and follow standard project processes Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time and implement any necessary changes throughout the process We'd love to meet someone with APM (Association for Project Management) or the PMI (Project Management Institute) or the equivalent Project management delivery experience of entire project lifecycle Experience in business operations and logistics Multi skill experience in setting up/managing a reverse logistics business Route planning operations and reporting based on insight and data Knowledge of customer lifecycle - sales and service across omni channel touchpoints Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations across various stakeholders - internal and external.
