Service Advisor

Service Advisor - Boston £24000 plus bonus. Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with a well-established commercial vehicle dealership located in Boston. Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join the team. Key Responsibilities:
• To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service ensuring that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
• To greet customers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
• To take decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
• To maintain electronic and written records of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made, to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers.
• To encourage feedback on services provided and recognise the changing needs of the service, and make recommendations to the Service Manager for service improvement.
• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service Reception.
• To give repair estimates and price quotations and offer repair suggestions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Register new vehicles
• Ensure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
• Create vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
• Answer incoming phone calls / general enquiries. Person Specification:
• Must have experience of invoicing
• Ideally had experience with Kerrdige
• Previously worked in the motor trade
• You will be well presented with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
• You must be PC literate with a working knowledge of administration procedures.
