Property Accounts Assistant

HPB Management Ltd is a holiday company based in Newmarket with 32 holiday sites across the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting a permanent full-time Accounts Assistant to join our small team within the Property Department at our Newmarket office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day accounting functions for our 18 UK sites, including but not limited to;

                    Processing invoices for payments

                    Weekly income & expenditure accounts

                    Utility invoice processing

  • Monthly bank reconciliations for all UK site bank accounts
  • Monthly accruals and prepayments for all UK sites


  • Previous accounts experience in both bank reconciliations and accruals essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and organise/prioritise own workload
  • Knowledge of Excel and Sun Accounting systems advantageous but not essential


£23,000 to £25,000, depending on experience
