Do you have experience in a mechanical trade but are looking

Due to continued success and growth, we are now recruiting
for Technical Customer Service Advisors to work as part of our
Technical Support Team.
What will I be responsible for?
Reporting to the Technical Customer Service Supervisor, you will
be responsible for telephone and electronic communication with
customers looking for technical support.
Will I receive training?
Yes! We assess each successful candidate individually and tailor
the training to suit their existing skills. You
would spend time in our Workshop and Customer Service
Department but for how long and doing what will depend very
much on your existing skillset.
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a mechanical trade but
would like a change of direction. You will need:
• A good mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy; experience of in-house computer
systems and Microsoft Office applications would be preferable
but is not essential.
• The ability to work as part of a team but also on your
own initiative.
• A genuine interest in keeping up to date with the latest advances
in vehicle technology.
