Administrator/Receptionist

£10.67 per hour • Part time/job share,
18.5 hours per week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings
Immediate start

Mary Hare Hearing Centre, located in the heart of Newbury town centre,
is recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist. The role is suited to a
confident and effective communicator who enjoys dealing with people
and takes an organised approach to their work.

Key responsibilities include:
• Customer service – face-to-face, telephone and email.
• Diary management – scheduling customer appointments for hearing
  assessments and fittings, after care and wax removal.
• Stock ordering and control.
• Invoicing and taking payment from customers.
• Petty cash management.
• Customer queries.
• General office housekeeping.

Mary Hare Hearing Centre prides itself on customer care and support.
Therefore, this role would be ideal for someone who enjoys working with
and helping people. A high attention to detail and accuracy is crucial and
the ability to multi-task a must have attribute.

Full training will be given to support the development of this role and increase
deaf awareness in order to provide exceptional levels of customer care.
