CAREERS & SIXTH FORM ADMINISTRATOR

£21,480 - £25,557 (pending nationally agreed pay increase) + Government Local Pension Scheme

37 hours per week, Term Time + 3 Weeks (41 Weeks) required as soon as possible.

In order to support our Sixth Form and Careers Team, a vacancy has arisen at Bourne Academy for a Careers & Sixth Form Administrator. This role would ideally suit someone who has experience of careers education or a keen interest.

Working as an integral part of the Careers team, the successful candidate will:

• Have a strong administrative background;
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Have excellent organisational, secretarial and inter-personal skills;
• Be a team player but can also work independently;
• Be assertive;
• Be pro-active;
• Adopt a consistent approach to all students;
• Be flexible in their approach to their working hours.
