We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, fully qualified chef with a passion for food and cooking (No Italian cooking experience needed ) to assist our head chef Karl in running our small and busy restaurant kitchen.

Ray’s Italian Kitchen is a family run business and a great place to work! We are based in the vibrant village of Milford on Sea, where our daily menu features carefully selected dishes that are big on flavour and taste plus we have a specials, deli and small plate grazing menu.
You will be an important part of our small team of friendly individuals where you’ll have the opportunity to really shine and create a fantastic role for yourself in our kitchen along side our Head Chef. 

This role offers you the chance to work a 4-day week, with every Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. 
Providing you with a great work / life balance. Hours can be worked around school run if required.

Salary dependant on Experience £30,000 - £31,500 Per annum plus Gratuities
