We currently have vacancies for energetic and enthused people to work within our support department, who can deliver exceptional customer service.
Role Activities
Reporting directly to the support department manager.
Dealing with both commercial and residential customers over the phone and by email, making appointments and scheduling engineer visits.
A good listener with a sympathetic tone.
Working with our bespoke metering systems (full training provided) will introduce you to a technical background making this an exciting and challenging role.
Producing parts quotations and dealing with stock and logistics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate to operate our IT systems
Experience in a customer facing role preferred
Ability to thrive in a team sharing best practice
Driving licence preferred but not essential
