Job Description

Infodata are an established UK based developer of application software, building innovative solutions for hotels, private member clubs, restaurants and other businesses in the hospitality sector.

We are looking for a technician to join our customer service team providing support services for our software and systems. The role will encompass end user support and training. For a more experienced candidate there is an opportunity to get involved in account management.

You will likely already have some experience in business software or working in hospitality as a user of software and systems and now interested to move in to a more focused role with a system provider.

Ideally you will have some qualifications in hospitality or computer related studies, to degree or other higher education qualification. Candidates in their early career or college/university leavers will also be considered as training will be provided.

The position is office based in central Newbury. The role comes with a competitive salary, up to 25 days holiday and a group personal pension plan.
