We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team.

The HR department at Stamford Endowed Schools is a busy one. Supporting all teaching and operational staff the HR Manager role will work closely with the staff and the team to provide a proactive and professional HR service across our three schools.

This is a very varied role ideal for a forward thinking HR Manager with a strong generalist HR Management background. You will need to possess exceptional communication skills and enjoy working across a wide variety of disciplines. You are able to build strong working relationships, push back when you need to and have good experience of reviewing policies and practices.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday.
