A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Junior Office Manager to join our growing engineering company. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and technical environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while working closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams.

As Junior Office Manager, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the business. You will assist with coordinating office activities, managing documentation, supporting project administration, handling supplier and client communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support the finance and operations teams with general administration duties and help improve internal processes where possible.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential within this varied role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the day-to-day management of office operations
• Assisting with project administration and engineering documentation
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Coordinating meetings, schedules, and office supplies
• Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
• Supporting finance administration, including invoices and purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and clients professionally
• Assisting with process improvements and general office efficiency

Requirements:
• Previous administration or office support experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
