Job Description

Enable FLP - Mortgage & Protection Administrator and Wealth Client Liaison Administrator 25c North Street

Since our formation in the year 2000 Enable FLP’s aim has been to help our clients appreciate, understand, and achieve their dreams and aspirations.

We have two roles to join our team.

  • Mortgage & Protection Administrator - to ensure client’s mortgages and protection policies are completed correctly, accurately and within acceptable time-frames
  • Wealth Client Liaison Administrator - to ensure that all Wealth clients are booked in for an annual review (where the client wants one) within 12 months of their last annual review

Overview of role

To ensure client’s mortgages and protection policies are completed correctly, accurately and within acceptable time-frames

General responsibilities

  • Liaising with colleagues, advisers, clients, solicitors, insurance providers, estate agents and any other external firm as required in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Answering/making phone calls in accordance with company policy in a professional manner and following security protocols to validate the client
  • Ensuring client data is securely processed/transferred in every instance
  • Complying with all company policies at all times
  • Maintaining competence in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as directed by the Compliance Manager
  • Dealing with client queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • To cover colleagues’ work in the event of holiday, sickness or other required reason

Specific responsibilities

  • Scan, print, copy and ensure certification of client documentation to FinPlan (office system)
  • Liaise with mortgage lender to establish any additional packaging requirements & upload to lender
  • Contact the client to obtain any missing documentation or information and forward this onto the mortgage lender, certified where required
  • Regularly liaise with client(s) throughout the process providing updates
  • Chase the mortgage lender, client and or solicitors to mortgage offer, exchange and completion as required
  • Update the admin framework on FinPlan with notes of all actions taken and manage the system appropriately with the necessary review dates
  • Ensure the client is offered life and buildings insurance quotes
  • Liaise with insurance provider to establish any missing information, declarations or health questionnaires and ensure completion and return of these through to issue of acceptance terms / decision
  • Obtain client payment and process for administration fees, plus issue invoice(s)
  • Opening, scanning and distributing all incoming post
  • Meeting and greeting client(s)/visitors at the door, to include making Tea/Coffee as required

Relevant experience, skills and knowledge

The individual performing this role will have as many of the following attributes as possible:


  • working in an office dealing with Mortgages/Protection (e.g. life insurance)
  • dealing with customers and external companies


  • Computer literate
  • Good communicational skills, having a friendly and helpful manner, particularly via telephone
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize
  • Good attention to detail
