Job Description

Newbury Baptist Church (NBC) is seeking an Operation Manager who loves Jesus, aligns with our vision, and wants to use their strategic and administrative gifts to develop operating structures from the ground up.

Salary: £15-£20 per hour, depending on experience, plus pension contribution (pro rata full time £28,860 – £38,480).

Hours: up to 20 hours per week initially.
Location: Mixture of church and home based.
