Job Description

Cadland is a family-owned Estate, uniquely comprising ancient wilderness and rare nature reserves, with a coastal landscape between the woods and the sea.

Private Family PA

Cadland House is a busy private family home set within the beautiful Cadland Estate on the South Coast, bordering the New Forest.
We are looking for an exceptional Family PA to become an integral part of our family’s daily life. This is a varied, fast-paced and
rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, anticipating needs and making life run beautifully behind the scenes.
No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating international travel, preparing for family guests or supporting a
sporting event, and the next you may be managing household projects, overseeing contractors, organising children’s logistics
or planning a private dinner. This role would suit someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride
in quietly making everything work.

About You
You are naturally organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You enjoy finding practical solutions, love bringing order to
complexity and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities with warmth and discretion. Above all, you’re someone who enjoys
helping create a happy, welcoming family environment.
