Project Coordinator - Windows & Doors
LOCATION: Shipston on Stour, England
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits to measure window and door openings accurately.
• Prepare project quotes based on client requirements.
• Order materials and services to ensure timely project progress.
• Oversee and update project schedules, assisting in troubleshooting where necessary.
• Develop CAD drawing skills to contribute directly to project designs.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:
• Solid understanding of computer basics, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, plus a willingness to learn CAD (prior experience in CAD is beneficial but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player who is driven to succeed and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll manage essential aspects of our projects, from site visits to measurement, quoting, and ordering materials, to coordinating project timelines and working with customers. Prior CAD experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
