Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our friendly Front Desk team. You will be responsible for meeting, greeting and logging all access to Head Office along with answering and directing telephone calls, maintaining and utilising booking and monitoring systems.

You will also be required to provide administrative support across the company, including: the CEO, Finance and HR teams and taking meeting minutes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Welcome visitors, answer switchboard, receive and resolve emails along with other correspondence
  • Control the room booking system
  • Manage all third party access to the building
  • Preparation and distribution of business planning packs
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain and order stationary supplies 
  • Provide cover for the Customer Services team in peak periods
  • Maintain customer and supplier contact details in compliance with GDPR
