š Visitor Services Administrator
We're looking for a friendly and organised Visitor Services Administrator to help keep our Front of House, Bar and volunteer teams running smoothly as we deliver an exciting programme of world-class concerts and events.
The Visitor Services Department’s main focus is to ensure that each and every visitor to Saffron Hall has a truly positive and memorable experience; so much so, they wish to come back time and time again.
š Part time | 24 hours (3 days) across Tuesday–Friday | Closing date: 5 Aug
šø Concert Assistant
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Concert Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an event-based role integral to our operations, supporting the smooth delivery of concerts and events through coordination with artists’ and hirers’ representatives and our Duty Managers and Platform Managers.
If you enjoy working in a busy environment, take pride in exceptional organisation and communication, and want to help create memorable experiences for artists and hirers at one of the country's most respected performance venues, we would love to hear from you.
š Casual hours (including evening and weekends).
The majority of our events take place Friday to Sunday; however, the occasional weekday is required. Typically, 8-to-10-hour shifts on concert & event days |

š¹ Bar Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and personable Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team. This is a casual hours role at the heart of our visitor services operation, managing the smooth delivery of bar operations at our events.
If you enjoy working in a busy environment, take pride in exceptional organisation and communication, and want to help create memorable experiences for audiences at one of the country's most respected performance venues, we would love to hear from you.
š Casual hours (including evening and weekends).
Typically, 5-to-6-hour shifts on concert & event days. The majority of our events take place Friday to Sunday; however, the occasional weekday is required | Closing date: 28 Aug

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and personable Platform Manager to join our friendly team.
This is a casual event-based role at the heart of our operations, managing the smooth stage and technical delivery of concerts and events. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, take pride in exceptional production values and technical excellence, and want to help create memorable experiences for artists and hirers at one of the country's most respected performance venues, we would love to hear from you.
š Casual hours (including evening and weekends).
