School Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support the
running of the Admin Office, with a particular focus on the student
admissions and transition processes.

This position is critical in helping the school to continue to provide a welcoming environment for our new
students, visitors and parents and assisting with other administrative-based
functions such as communications.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working across all areas
of administration and will lead on the processing of student in-year
admissions and leavers, transition, and induction days. Administrative
support or cover will also include reception, inclusion, reprographics, and
the Attendance Support Room.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrator with outstanding
attention detail who has a positive interest in further developing the
important relationships between students, staff and parents.

The post is for 37 hours per week based on Monday to Friday, 8.15am –
4.30pm; term time plus, two additional weeks to be worked during the
summer break; 41 weeks per annum.

The two additional weeks will be worked at the end of the summer holiday
to include GCSE results day and beyond.
Salary will be paid at Band E; £19,265 to £20,043 per annum paid pro-rata
to the hours and weeks worked. Actual salary is calculated at £17,468 to
£18,173, starting point depending on experience, any continuous service
and qualifications.
