Senior Accountant

H L Barnes are looking for a qualified senior accountant to join our established firm in the centre of Stratford on Avon.

Audit experience is welcome.All levels of qualification will be considered (ACA, ACCA, AAT, qualified by experience etc.)

This is a client management role and includes generally advising clients on accounts matters and preparation of:

• Accounts for all entities
• VAT and CIS returns
• Payroll, including workplace pensions
• Tax computations
• Statutory Audit, experience dependent

Proficiency in bookkeeping software is a requirement.

We primarily work with Sage, Quickbooks and Xero. Experience with IRIS software is welcome, but not required. Competency in Microsoft Office is a requirement, along with a general level of computer literacy.
