Site Manager - Lymington C of E Infant School
Salary range Scale D FTE £26,918 – 29,616 Pro rata 25 hours £18,188 – £20,012.
Lymington Infant School are seeking a cheerful, enthusiastic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are a dynamic, forward-thinking school and we aim to provide the very best for our children; a safe, clean, welcoming and well-maintained site being a crucial part of this.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team, is reliable with a strong sense of pride in their work and has a range of practical and DIY skills, together with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude.
The site manager is responsible for:
Maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds
Carrying out some cleaning, handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs
Oversight of agency cleaning staff, ensuring a clean environment
Promoting health and safety around the school
All other aspects of site management, such as supervising external contractors and site use planning.
Your hours of work would be 5 hours a day - 25 hours a week. Ideally this would be from 7.30 - 9am and 2.30 – 6pm Mon to Friday 52 weeks of the year, however there can be some flexibility within this. During the 13 week school holiday period, working hours would be negotiable.
