Fantastic opportunity now exists for a passionate Sous Chef to be part of Parker’s Tavern restaurant and to help continue to shape it as the ‘go to’ destination in Cambridge.


Parker’s Tavern is a high end, quintessentially British restaurant & bar opened with menus that are fuss-free but delicious, beautifully presented and made with locally sourced, seasonal produce.

The Martin Brudnizki designed 140 cover restaurant is complemented by a stunning bar, library and ballroom which can offer private dining & banqueting for up to 200 people.

As an already passionate and talented Sous Chef, you will be ambitious to drive your career and create great quality British food. Parker’s Tavern will provide a superb opportunity for your creativity and for your brigade leadership skills. 

It is essential you have experience of sourcing and preparing excellent quality British food. You will also be working in a stunning venue including high quality kitchens & equipment.
