Required for our Children’s Home near Lymington

ARC HD Services, a part of Community Integrated Care, provides individually tailored residential care for vulnerable young people experiencing social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Our homes are unique; small and friendly, and the dedicated, professional staff team are critical to their success.

We are currently seeking full-time, part-time and bank Support Workers to join our team near Lymington.
While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as you will be trained and supported to work with our young people; to encourage their participation in education, provide social and independence learning opportunities and emotional support.
Driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We are also seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker for the home, who will assist in leading the team and ensuring the quality of child-led support.
