Salary: Scale C Point 4 £13.05/hour approx. £16,757/annum
(FTE £25,185 based on a 37 hour week – please note salary will be pro rata)
Hours: 28.75 hours/week - 39 weeks (term time plus one)

Springwood High School are seeking an ambitious, passionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant.
The Ideal candidate will:
- Work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of the student while also promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. You will provide support so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, the belief that all students, regardless of their personal circumstances can excel and the ability to set high expectations in order to motivate and inspire.
- You will liaise with external professionals alongside the SENCO.
- You will have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team, have a nurturing and caring nature and the ability to set high expectations in order to motivate and inspire.
