Team Leader
NJC 23, £25,752 per annum
Full time, term time only • Permanent
We are looking for experienced Senior Care workers with enthusiasm
to make a difference in young peoples’ lives. You will be leading a small
team of dedicated practitioners to deliver child-centred, outstanding care
to our children and young people.
We pride ourselves on the outcomes for young people. Our Care Team
work closely with other departments, providing a joined up working
approach to positive and meaningful development goals. As a
House Manager, you will be leading a team, be responsible for
implementing our values and vision, ensuring our young people feel
secure, safe and able to succeed. You will support the management
of care plans, targeted transitions and activities, all with the purpose
of developing our young people’s opportunities and social and
emotional well-being.

• Ability to develop relationships with residents and families,
and where appropriate, other key agencies.

The position’s working hours are 82 hours spread over a two-week
shift pattern, to include mornings, evenings, and weekends. Additional
