BECOME A TRUSTEE VOLUNTARY POSITION

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our Board of Trustees and be part of a vibrant, committed and friendly team.

As a Charity Trustee, you will help guide the strategic direction of the organisation and ensure that it is well managed, financially responsible, and focused on achieving its charitable aims. Trustees work collectively to support, challenge, and oversee the organisation’s activities.

The Position

  • Help shape the charity’s strategy and future

  • Ensure legal and charitable compliance.

  • Oversee finances, resources, and risks.

  • Support and challenge staff or volunteers.

  • Act in the charity’s best interests.

  • Promote the charity and its values.

  • Attend monthly board meetings

  • Estimated commitment: 1-1.5 days a month

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We welcome people from all backgrounds. No trustee experience is needed, and support will be provided. Useful skills include finance, fundraising, governance or community engagement.
