Job Description:

As a Visitor Assistant, you will interact with everyone who comes into our building and be an ambassador of our museum. You'll operate the till, answer visitors' queries, assist customers with purchases and maybe conduct a tour or two. It's all about providing visitors with the most memorable experience!

 

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Retail or heritage experience is a plus.

An interest in Shakespeare or local history is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to approach visitors and upsell.

Ability to work in a team, with a positive attitude.

Team Schedules 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Rolling patterns confirmed up to a year at a time.

The role is for one day a week and one weekend day, every third weekend plus occasional holiday and sickness cover. This can be beneficial for fitting around other employment or commitments.
